The location of the hotel is perfect, surrounded by good restaurants and along the popular shopping street. It is walking distance to many popular attractions. Room comfort wise is alright. I like that there is a water dispenser along the corridor so I can fill up as much water as I need during my stay. Breakfast spread is good and taste is very agreeable.

The ambiance and interior are fantastic, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The location is also excellent, being in the city center just a short 5-minute walk from Arbaat Street. However, there's a significant drawback: the inability to control the room temperature. During my 3-night stay, which cost over $600, the room temperature soared to 32 degrees Celsius in the afternoon. The humidity was overwhelming, and the air conditioning failed to cool the room. Even with the windows open, the room remained unbearably hot. The hotel staff's solution was to provide a table fan, which seemed inadequate considering the cost. I was thoroughly disappointed with this aspect of my stay.

軟硬件裝飾都不錯，唯一沙發背景有幅畫就更完美了！與ibsi在同一棟，出電梯右轉就是它家，生意不錯，下午四點才住進去，前台與樓層服務可能溝通不好，住了一晚體驗倆次樓層服務員敲門就進，好像不知有人住進和延遲退房，也許個例，水在走廊需要出去打水回來喝。

推薦另外一家Novotel City Center，這家所謂生活酒店就是進門有個小餐枱，有灶台和微波爐，能做飯。但是房間很小，很緊湊，洗手枱，洗澡間，衞生間，床，都像嵌進去的一樣。那種空間裡真做起飯來，想想滿屋的味道都上頭。衹想簡簡單單睡個覺的話，隔壁ibis還便宜點
